The Centerview building consists of 37 residential units with studio and one-bedroom floor plans. Work on the building consisted of seismic retrofit of the stuctual brick exterior, replacement of torch down roof, copper wiring, plumbing updates as well as cosmetic rehab to update interiors to a modern aesthetic.
